The Hope For Our Heroes Craft Show began in 2023 as a senior project by Haylie Brown. Inspired by her two uncles that serve in the military and desire to give back, Haylie organized the event to raise funds for the nonprofit organization, Help For Our Heroes. She successfully was able to raise $8,000 in its first year. The original event brought together the community with support from local businesses, featuring 41 vendors, a concession stand, t-shirt sale, and a raffle- all contributing to the show's impactful debut.
