Impact on Student Success

Student success can easily be monitored by quantitative data, which I have outlined here. My students this year have steadily grown in their reading and language skills, and I am excited to see how much farther they go next year. However, I am personally more satisfied with the less quantifiable ways that my students have shown me they have grown. Their thoughtfulness in class discussions, their willingness to ask questions and offer opinions show me that they are growing and succeeding in my class.
