HOP Resource Center Babysitting Program Agreement 

Terms and Conditions:

1. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities:

   • Parent/Guardian agrees to provide accurate information regarding their child's health, allergies, and any special needs.

   • Parent/Guardian agrees to pay the acceptable amount to the baby sitter upon completing the baby sitting program.

2. Liability Waiver:

   • Parent/Guardian acknowledges that HOP is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Babysitting Program.

3. Emergency Medical Care:

   • In the event of a medical emergency, The baby sitter will make adequate calls to seek necessary medical treatment for the child.

4. Indemnification:

   • Parent/Guardian agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HOP from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or resulting from their child's participation in the Babysitting Program.

5. Conflict Resolution:

   • In the event of any conflict, the aggrieved party may first contact the administrators of the HOP Resource Committee for resolution.

   • If the conflict remains unresolved, the aggrieved party may contact the pastoral team for further assistance.

   • If the conflict persists without satisfactory resolution, the authorities may be involved as deemed necessary.

6. Governing Law:

   • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia.
