Communication & FAQ

* Do dancers need a ticket? Not for the show they're dancing in, as they'll be backstage the whole time.

* How do I know which show I'm in? 

-The 3:30 show is for everyone in our Beginner Program (Shamrock, Leprechaun, Tir Na Nog, Beginner), and our Nationals Trad Sets & Nationals 4hands, and our Wednesday Performance Team. 

-The 6:00 show is for Adv. Beginner, Novice, Prizewinner, and Champs. If you still aren't sure, please email us to double check! 

* Are there any discounts? Yes, for groups of more than 6. Or if your dancer want to come watch their friends in the other show(call for those $15 tickets)

* What age needs a ticket? Ages 2+

* Can tickets be purchased at the door? Tickets can be purchased through the day of the show, but please order online before you arrive so you have confirmation email ready for scanning. 

* What is VIP seating? This just signifies the front few rows of seats on the main floor and the upper level seats. 

*Do my dancers have to stay the whole rehersal? See the rehersal schedule under the "Dancer Information" tab for details. First show dancers will be able to leave early. 

*My dancer has a graduation? We understand that there is a berks preschool graduation, 5th grade brownstown graduation, and a few high school graduations. Please contact Faith to let her know if you have a graduation. 

*What should I do about dinner for Thurday and Friday nights and show day? Please pack your dancers a packed meal and snacks that does not include anything messy or creates crumbs and we want to keep the costumes clean and also avoid getting crumbs on others who may have food allergies. 

*Can I bring my dancer in for rehearsal? One parent may come in but not required to, with the LS-Beg dancers to get them settled in (please no siblings) Only Advanced  families who are volunteering can enter the building during rehersals. Everyone will be entering and exiting through the monitered side door. 

*Does my dancer need hair and makeup for rehersal? Yes, dress rehersal on Friday is costumes, hair, and makeup. Thursday's tech rehearsal is just in normal dance class clothing and dance shoes.
