Question: What inspired you to enter into Education Administration?

Answer: This was all grace of almighty as after my graduation I got opportunity to serve a renowned Religious Institution which was running a Multi Speciality Hospital and started a boarding school along with and I was lucky enough to be a part of team from construction , appointments , affiliation and da to day administration of this Famous educational institution at Rishikesh.

Question: Since how long, you have been into Education Administration and in which cities you have been associated for administration, entrepreneurship, teaching, research, commercial and training programs?

Answer: I am in this field since 1993 and worked in cities Rishikesh , Karnal and Panipat

Question: What are your future plans for administration, entrepreneurship, teaching, research and training programs in Education Administration?

Answer: My present institution which is running a post graduate college and two schools is going to start a new CBSE School in coming Jan so still satisfied with my existing job profile .

Question: Please introduce yourself and How do you want to be remembered / known in world?

Answer: Simply with a quote “ Man with gem at heart and soulful man”

Question: What kind of businesses can be started in Education Administration & Hospital Administration? What minimum infrastructure would it need?

Answer: Playway and kindergarten have a great scope and always a need of hour and after New Education Policy one may proceed with skill courses with minimum infrastructure.

Question: What is Education Administration? What are the major branches in Education Administration?

Answer: According to me it includes each and every thing related to any institution i.e. from entrance to exit …like public dealing , transportation , infrastructure ,constructions , repairs , day to day needs , finance , liaison with local administration , education departments, press media , management meetings , policy making etc however key one for me are policy making and liaison .

Question: What are your views on better Salary structure of employees in Educational Institutes?

Answer: That is the most essential point as one will work with best of his/her efforts if he/she is satisfied with salary structure and other benefits. Although a employee is never satisfied still in comparison with competitor institutions if we are on edge that is always a plus point.

Question: How Educational Institutes can raise revenue other than tuition fees from students without financial exploitation of students?

Answer: One can go with abacus classes , foreign language , coding classes etc and easiest ones are sports coaching and after NEP , one can go ahead with skill courses on payment basis.

Question: What job titles are available in Education Administration?

Answer: Admin Officer , Administrator , Bursar , Manager , Accounts cum Administrative Executive , PA to Head of Institution etc.

Question: Who are Typical employers in Education Administration?

Answer : Helping staff is always a typical one. Most difficult is to get work from them and this may be most easiest if you never hurt dignity of one,

Question: Which are the courses available in Administration?

Answer : Financial Management , HR Management , Marketing Management , Business Management are some main courses.

Question: What are your recommendations to establish a world class research institute for Administration?

Answer : Generally Universities try to do both research and education without adequate resources or the quality of faculty that is needed for high quality research, meaning they will end up being mediocre at both. Also significant number of Indians currently serve as university presidents and provosts of, for example, American universities, and could contribute knowledge about building research universities, even if they do not actually return to India.

Question: What are your recommendations to authors, who are writing Books on Administration for more creativity and understanding of the subject?

Question: What according to you are the Top 5 major challenges which need to be resolved urgently by world’s scientists in the area of Education Administration?

Answer: Current Education System Falters in the Light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution ,Boredom and Mundane Nature of Teaching , Assessment Strategies , Expensive Modern Technology Infrastructure , Question Paper Creation ,Virtual Classroom Engagement and Cheating

Question: Which major challenges do you see to establish India as world leader in Education?

Answer: A few immediate changes needed in the Indian education system are Rote learning , Evaluation system , Equal respect to all the subjects , Better training of educators , Introduction of technology , Personalize education , Teach them the purpose of education

Question: Any other thing, you would like to share with World?

Answer: A simple but powerful reminder of the positive domino effect a good education can have on many aspects of a person’s life and outlook.
