Answer: If someone is hungry we provide them with food, similarly if we give knowledge and right opportunity to utilize it , then it may change that persons life , his family’s life , and ultimately the societies scenario will change accordingly.

2) Question: Since how long, you have been into Career Guidance and in which cities you have been associated for administration, career counseling, entrepreneurship, teaching, research, commercial and training programs?

Answer: I am in the field of education and career guidance from last 26 years. I am associated with city of knowledge – Pune. Thing by arranging such career guidance sessions for students I will motivate the students of India to get converted into skilled force

Answer: As an educationist, as a motivational speaker and a good career counselor.

Answer: Our respected prime minister Respected Narendra Modiji has an ambitious project of skilled India .Along with my bread and butter of coach

Answer: There is no ample of infrastructure needed . We just need to be a good speaker and we need a good listener . It can be conducted in both online and offline mode.

Answer: Career guidance means giving the right direction to students to choose their career path according to their interest , skills and capabilities.

Answer:We must encourage such sessions and startups. Because of globalization education is the need of society to mould their own life as well as upliftment of family and whole and sole nation.

Answer: Today world has become global and students need to seek proper guidance so that they move outside India to follow their dreams. Hence a proper view should be provided to students and not any fake scenarios must be shown to them.

Answer: Career counsellor , career para professional , career consultant ,career coach, Executive marketer , Executive recruiter.

Answer: IT Field , Mass communication, fields which require more employment and so on.

Answer: A process from start to end for students so that it becomes easier for them and as a bonus we can also educate them regarding job opportunities in different fields so that they can choose their path.

Answer: Every comypany needs a skilled employer and every teenager wants transform themselves into a skilled employee. If this chain continues and this employer knows about skills to be inculcated then definitely remployment will rise.

Question: Would you start a campaign to request government to offer free of cost internet to all people of your country as fundamental right, because it plays a significant role in education, awareness, implementation of government policies and economic development of country

Answer: No, because whatever things are provided free of cost its value is not kept and maybe misused . It should be provided at a concessional rate but not free of cost. Service providers and its employees will also suffer a financial crunch due to this.

Question: What are your recommendations to authors, who are writing Books on Career Guidance for more creativity and understanding of the subject?

Answer:They should write in a simple language so that it can be understood by layman. They should also present things in such a way that motivates instead of demotivating.

Question: What according to you are the Top 5 major challenges which need to be resolved urgently by world’s scientists, technologists, Investors & Entrepreneurs in the area of Career Guidance?

Answer: 1) More awareness . 2) Syllabus restructuring . 3) Investor such fund in such startups .4)Promoting themselves globally 5)Encouraging creative fields.

Question: What are your recommendations to improve standards of Career Guidance Seminar in Career Guidance? How can they be brainstorming and more creative?

Answer: They should be conducted according to the requirement of students and their parents . The person conducting sessions should be updated with changes in market and should not be biased in any particular career option. Realistic view should be given.

Question: Which major challenges do you see to establish India as world leader in Career Guidance?

Answer: Traditional mentality of parents , inequality between genders in India, lack of opportunities as many people tend to shift abroad and causing a braindrain.

Question: Any other thing, you would like to share with World?

Answer: Be the change you want to see and hustle instead of just cribbing about things which are out of our control and try to encourage and uplift our companions.
