Question: What inspired you to enter into English Literature and human resource development?
Answer: My father. He was a Professor of Geography but wanted me to opt English Literature to pursue my Post Graduation.
Question: Since how long, you have been into this scientific field and in which cities you have been associated for administration, entrepreneurship, teaching, research, commercial and training programs?
Answer: I have been into it for the last 41 years since I completed my Master’s. I had been to Meerut University for Master’s, University of Rajasthan for M.Phil and Delhi University to do another M.Phil in Comparative Indian Literature.
Question: What are your future plans for administration, entrepreneurship, teaching, research and training programs in English Literature?
Answer: One can go in teaching; public speaking like TV; a writer in print media; so hence and forth.
Question: What kind of businesses can be started in English Literature? What minimum infrastructure would it need?
Answer: A Coaching center will be a good idea for beginners. Let it be started by giving home tuitions where no infrastructure is required.
Question: What are your recommendations to improve the standards of journals publishing research articles on English Literature?
Answer: To keep a check on the journals that compromise quality with money.
Question: What are your recommendations to improve syllabus of English Literature for more creativity, applications and opportunities?
Answer: Overhauling of the syllabus right from elementary to higher education.

Answer: Poetry drama and fiction

Answer: To induct good teachers with highly professional background and who can be instrumental in framing guidelines as desired.

Answer: To be just to themselves and the writing they are into.
Question: What according to you are the Top 5 major challenges (research problems) which need to be resolved urgently by world’s scientists in the area of English Literature?
Answer: Infrastructure, availability of funds, easy visa opportunities, UGC grants and scholarships.
Question: What are your recommendations to improve standards of Conferences in English Literature? How can they be brainstorming and more creative?
Answer: To concentrate more on paper presentation along with due discussion.
Question: Which major challenges do you see to establish India as world leader in Language Translation Services?
Answer: Language barriers

Dr. Sanjeev Kumar
Dr. Sanjeev Kumar is an Associate Professor in the Department of English at Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College Delhi University. He has 29 years of teaching experience. He holds two M.Phil degrees and one Honorary Doctorate. He also has done Professional Doctoral Certificate from East Bridge College Paris. Besides, he holds over a dozen national and international awards.
He had been on course revision committees at IGNOU and also been associated with academic assignments at HP University Shimla. He had done in the corona period last year 230 webinars and 30 workshops on research methodology.
He has six books published to his credit three of which from Partridge Publishing House USA.
He recently had been nominated with the Professor of the year award scheduled to be conferred in Bangkok on 12th Nov this year.
He is loved by his students and they recognize him despite their holding good positions and that is what he call his assets that he accumulated in his entire teaching career.
