サブスクメンバールール / Subscription Terms ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿

・自動更新・決済 / Automatic Renewal & Payment 

※月2回・4回・8回のプランは、初回ご購入日と同じ日付に毎月自動更新され、料金が自動で決済される月額プランです。 

The 2-, 4-, and 8-lesson plans are monthly subscriptions that automatically renew each month. Payment is automatically charged on the same date each month as your original purchase.

・有効期間 / Lesson Validity 

レッスンは、各更新日から次回更新日の前日まで有効です。 

Lessons are valid from each billing date until the day before the next billing date. 

例 / Example 

5月15日にお申し込みの場合

→ レッスン4回分は5月15日〜6月14日まで有効です。 

If you subscribe on May 15, your 4 lessons are valid from May 15 to June 14. 

・翌月への繰り越し / Rollover 

レッスン開始24時間前までにご連絡いただいた場合に限り、未使用レッスン1回分を翌期間末まで繰り越すことができます。 

If you notify me at least 24 hours before your lesson, you may carry over one unused lesson to the end of your next billing period. 

・解約 / Cancellation 

次回更新日の5日前までにご連絡いただければ、次回以降の自動更新を停止できます。5日前を過ぎた場合は、一度更新された後、その次の更新日から解約となります。 

Please notify me at least 5 days before your next billing date if you wish to cancel your subscription. If your request is received less than 5 days before your next billing date, your subscription will renew once more, and the cancellation will take effect from the following billing cycle. 

お支払い方法 / Payment Method ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿

　オンライン決済［ Stripe ］クレジットカード、Apple Pay、Google Payがご利用いただけます。 アンケート確認後、お支払い用のリンクをメールでお送りします。 

　Payment is accepted via Stripe (Credit Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay). After reviewing your questionnaire, I will send you a payment link via email. 

キャンセルポリシー / Cancellation Policy ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿

　レッスンの変更やキャンセルをご希望の場合は、24時間前までにご連絡ください。 

　なお、キャンセルによる返金はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。 

　▪　レッスン開始24時間前まで：振替レッスンが可能です。 

　▪　レッスン開始24時間以内：当日のキャンセルおよび無断欠席は、レッスン1回分が消化となります。 

　Please contact me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

　Please note that cancellations are not eligible for refunds. 

　▪　Up to 24 hours before the lesson: You can reschedule the lesson. 

　▪　Within 24 hours of the lesson start time: Cancellations or no-shows will be counted as one completed lesson.
