Satoshi Honma is Professor (2014/4-) at the School of Political Science and Economics, Tokai University in Japan. Before joining Tokai University, he was taught full-time at Kyushu Sangyo University (2003/4-2014/3). Dr. Honma received a Ph.D degree in economics from Chuo University in Japan (2005/3).
His research interests include environmental economics, energy economics, and sustainable development. Particularly, he focuses on measurement of energy efficiency using data envelopment analysis and stochastic frontier analysis. His publication shonws up in major journals such as Applied Energy, Asian Economic Policy Review, Economic Modelling, Energy, Energy Policy, and Journal of International Trade, Economic Development, etc.
