2007-Present: CEO, Lancer Systems Company. (An SOA-ERP Provider and the focal company of the ERP Service Supply Chain)

1999-2006: Consultant, Lancer Systems Company. (An ERP provider in Taiwan and Mainland China)

1995-1996: Consultant, Sun Crew Co. Ltd.(An automatic dry cleaning and laundry factory)

1994-1995: Consultant, Siliconware Precision Industries Co., Ltd. (SPIL is a major IC assembly house in Taiwan. There were about 1,200 employees with revenue more than US$100,000,000 and is still growing with 30% a year. I was the integrator and facilitator of a team which have established a shop floor control system and a material requirement system.)

1993-1995: Special Assistant to Chairman, Fu Sheng Group.

1991-1993: Vice President, Administration Division, Fu Sheng Group.

1983-1990: Consultant, Fu Sheng Group. (It is currently the largest manufacturer of compressors in Taiwan, and the largest manufacturer of golf club heads in the world. There were about 2,000 employees with revenue more than US$130,000,000 in 1995. I have established for them the internal control and auditing systems, management information systems, flexible manufacturing system, and computer integrated manufacturing system.)

1979-1981: Manager, P/OM Dept. Hua Wang Electric Industrial Company, Ltd. (A sole manufacturer of HITACHI home appliances in Taiwan)
