I. Research Interests
I have focused on utilizing intelligent techniques and harnessing collective intelligence to make effective decisions in business settings and analyzing effects of intelligent aids in e-Commerce and m-Commerce areas. The research objectives are to devise new intelligent algorithms for personalizing web experience and harnessing collective intelligence, and to build theoretical frameworks for understanding effects of personalization and collaboration.
