Research
Currently, I am investigating the following areas in surgical autonomy:
World Models for Surgical Autonomy Facililate End-to-End Vision-based Control for Surgical Autonomy using world-model-based Deep RL. Nice properties of high data efficiency and strong variation adaptation were observed.
Works: Efficient-Dreamer
High-precision Control for Suturing A systematic framework for high-precision suturing solving hand-eye calibration, needle tracking, hierarchical controller.
Works: AccelNet_CUHK
Modeling Physical Dynamics for Surgical Robot Systematic frameworks for modeling gravitational dynamics and unknown static disturbances for master robotic arms of da Vinci Surgical Systems.
