We are opened on Memorial Day weekend, May 2026. Regular Hours: Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. If we have many ripe berries, we may open on Tu or Wed evenings. Watch our Facebook page for notifications.
The Berries are Dreaming... and So Are We! While our 2025 season was our best yet (thank you!), we are currently busy in the fields preparing for an even "berrier" 2026.
Pro Tip: Mark your calendars for the July 4th morning pick—it's a farm tradition!
Follow us on Facebook for real-time ripening reports and opening day announcements.
Located where Roane and Loudon counties meet, Honey’s is your local destination for sun-ripened, spray-free blueberries. With over 20 varieties of Southern Highbush and Rabbiteye blueberries, our season is a rolling buffet of flavor that evolves all summer long.
Why Visit Honey’s?
Pure & Natural: We never use pesticides or sprays.
A True Outing: Pack a lunch! We’ve added picnic tables so you can soak in the field views after you've filled your pails.
Variety: From the classic deep blues to the surprising "Pink Lemonade" berries, there is always something new to discover.
Note: Since nature sets the pace, we occasionally get "picked out" for the day. If you’re driving from Knoxville or further, please check our Facebook Berry Report before you head out!
We believe the best berries come with a side of fresh air and trust. Traditionally, we are open each summer from Memorial Day through mid-August.
2026 Normal Hours: > * Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Special Openings: We’ll be open the morning of July 4th!
Note: Nature is the boss. For "Pop-up" picking days or weather closures, please check our Facebook page for weekly updates.
How to Pay: Once you’ve filled your pails, head to our self-pay station to weigh your haul. We are currently $3.50/lb.
Accepted: Cash, Check, Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App.
Not Accepted: We do not take Credit Cards at this time.
We have two fields and an office as shown in this map.
Our office and parking is located near Field 1.
The office has a berry report, pails that you can borrow, scales, and a pay station.
Starting at Field 1, walk down the gravel road to Field 2.
Park near the office.
Blueberries are polite—they’ll tell you when they’re ready! A ripe berry will fall into your hand with just a light touch. If you have to tug, it’s not quite sweet enough yet.
Don't Be Fooled: We have "Pink Lemonade" bushes in Field 1. These beauties stay pink/red when fully ripe—give them a try for a unique, tart-sweet flavor!
The Vessel: Bring a pail or bag. (We have pails to borrow and biodegradable bags if you forget!)
Hands-Free Picking: Bring a belt or rope to tether your pail to your waist—it makes picking twice as fast. See an example here.
Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are a must (save the flip-flops for the post-pick ice cream!).
The Essentials: Hat, sunscreen, and plenty of water.

Blueberries aren't just delicious; they are "superfoods" in disguise. Because we are a spray-free farm, you can snack with confidence right out of the bucket!

The wait is over! Our Blackberries (planted in 2020) are now fully matured and bearing fruit.
While blueberries remain our main event, keep an eye out for these seasonal treats. They often ripen in smaller batches, so they are available on a "first-come, first-picked" basis during our regular Saturday hours.
