Hi! I’m Ale, a wife, mom of two boys, and the heart behind Honest Pen Notary. I spent over a decade working at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital, gaining experience in care-based roles and administrative support. After my second son was born, I stepped away from full-time work to stay home and homeschool — but I still wanted to serve my community and bring in income doing something meaningful. 

Becoming a mobile and online notary has allowed me to blend flexibility with purpose, helping people complete important documents with ease, patience, and understanding. 

Every client matters, every story is unique, and I’m grateful to be trusted with such important moments. 

History of the Business

Established in 2025.

After working at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital since 2013, where I served in multiple roles, life shifted when my second son was born in 2023. I made the decision to stay home, homeschool my oldest, and focus on our family — but I also wanted to continue helping others in a flexible and meaningful way. My sister shared how helpful a mobile notary was for her, and it opened my eyes to how valuable and needed this service can be. 

I became officially commissioned in May 2025, and now I’m proud to offer convenient, caring notary services to individuals and families who need someone willing to meet them where they are.
