A program designed for meeting gross motor milestones on time starting with parent education on positions of play for infants with progressions for rolling, sitting, crawling, walking, and all the skills in between. Recommended to start services between 0-3 months of age.
At least monthly sessions required to adapt and progress individualized program to meet, participate, and progress in age appropriate milestones.
30-50 minute sessions dependent on child’s tolerance. Sessions will include positioning, therapeutic play activities, and parent education. Frequently discussed topics include car seat positioning, sleeping postures, baby wearing, and referrals to other practitioners such as lactation consultant, speech therapist, occupational therapist, or specialist physicians.

A program designed for children 3+ years old to continue to develop motor activities that are required to participate in play with peers in home and social settings. Activities may include jumping, hopping, skipping, reciprocal stair climbing, and sports specific training.

30-50 minute sessions dependent on child’s tolerance. Sessions may include therapeutic play activities, ROM activities, positioning and body mechanics, balance challenges, sports specific training, and parent education.

A program designed for those children with a specific diagnosis resulting in an impairment that may include weakness, loss of range of motion, abnormal gait, or lack of coordination. Diagnosis may include, but not limited to, developmental delay, torticollis, toe walking, CP, or a genetic disorders. Traditional PT also includes rehabilitation following an injury, bracing or surgical intervention.
Frequency is dependent on need and diagnosis. Frequency may change throughout the plan of care as the child progresses through the rehabilitation process.
