Contact me through my socials, commissions are open!
That's all the information you need for most additional questions.
These are mainly formed from my experience with customers and the questions I was usually given.
Allow me to explain step by step how to commission me and nearly every freelance artist!
Step #(1): Contact the Artist.
Near the bottom of my Home page, you'll see links to my contacts, also Discord contacts, and my email. These are the ways to reach me. So first things first. Message me!
( Even if my services are closed, you can message me, and I'll notify you whenever I am open)
Example: "Hi, I have looked through your TOS and prices, and I'd like to commission you."
Step #(2): Provide a reference sheet of your character and prepare a description of what you want.
You may do that even on your first message
Additional notes:
-Be clear which type of commission you are interested in.
Example: Halfbody sketch/ Flat-Colored headshot with a clean lineart/ ETC
You may look back at my prices to pick what you want.
-Provide a CLEAN reference sheet, doesn't have to be HQ
As long as it's NOT heavily pixelated and the colors are readable. (Provide digital color palette if all you have is a sketch or greyscale reference)
Step #(3): Wait for my response, be patient.
Once I have contacted you in response to review/approve everything as well as agree to work on your order. I will tell you the exact price based on the type and complexity of the commission. If you are fine with this price, be ready to pay.
(Payment methods, depending on the artist, may vary)
Step #(4): Payment process
If you've read my T.O.S, you'd know I accept PAYPAL & KO-FI. (Preference is PAYPAL)
Provide your email address so I can send you a personalized payment request.
After you receive the request, what's left is for you to pay the invoice.
Step #(5): After order payment
You'll be placed in my queue. If you're the first one in the queue, I'll be focusing on your order.
(Queue will be updated frequently once an order is completed or modified.)
Step #(6): You will receive WIPs - Work in progress.
WIPs will be posted with every step I take. Through the sketching progress feel free to ask for any adjustments.
Once you approve the final sketch of your order, I will not provide any lineart adjustments.
If you change your mind about anything and demand a change, prepare yourself to pay extra.
Example: changing pose, background, expression, etc.
Step #(7): Order Completion
Provide the email you want the HQ artwork files to be sent to once completed. (Optional)
You will recieve you order either VIA Email or through the social media communication you have choosen.
Q- How long will my commission take?
A: Depending on what you order, it can take a variety of times; your placement on my queue will also help determine how long your order will typically take.
The normal amount of time for orders is 1 week to 2 months. I frequently update my customers on the time period if anything is changed or something cam up.
Q- Do you allow me to print and make merchandise with my order?
A: I will not allow anyone to profit from my artwork. You may only make something out of my artwork if you ask me and explain what the intentions are. If it is for personal use ONLY, I may allow you to either print or make some sort of personal item out of it.
Q- Can I alter the artwork you made for me?
A: You may make small edits and extra modifications as long as you don't claim it to be your artwork; I still created the original piece.
Q- Can I post your artwork anywhere?
A: You are allowed to post and share my artwork as long as you simply ask first and provide one of my social media contacts along with it.
Q- Do you take art trades or art requests?
A: I do not take any art trades or requests; I am prioritizing commissions and projects I am working on at the moment.
