We are fully committed to protecting your privacy.HomeVault was built with a privacy-first,offline-only approach — no internet, no accounts,no data collection of any kind.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
HomeVault collects NO personal informationwhatsoever.
The App only stores the following data locallyon your device:- Item names, categories, brands, models- Serial numbers and storage locations- Purchase prices and warranty status- Photos you choose to attach to items
This data:✓ Never leaves your device✓ Is never uploaded to any server✓ Is never shared with any third party✓ Is automatically deleted when you uninstall

3. PERMISSIONS
HomeVault requests ZERO permissions.
The App does NOT request or access:✗ Internet or network access✗ Camera✗ Microphone✗ Location or GPS✗ Contacts or Calendar✗ External storage or files✗ Device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID, etc.)✗ Phone state or call logs✗ Any other system permission
For adding photos to items, the App usesAndroid's built-in system image picker(Activity Result Contract). This means:- The system picker opens — not the App- No storage permission is requested- The App only receives the single image you deliberately select- No other files or photos are ever accessed
You can verify this at any time:Settings → Apps → HomeVault → Permissions(You will see zero permissions granted)

4. PHOTOS AND IMAGES
When you attach a photo to an item:- You select it via the Android system picker- The image is copied into the App's private sandboxed storage on your device only- It is never uploaded, shared, or transmitted- It is used only to display inside the App- It is deleted when you remove the item or uninstall the App

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
HomeVault does NOT integrate any third-partyservices, SDKs, or libraries.
There is NO use of:✗ Advertising networks (AdMob, Meta, etc.)✗ Analytics tools (Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.)✗ Crash reporting (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)✗ Cloud storage or sync services✗ Social media SDKs✗ In-app purchase systems✗ Any internet-connected service of any kind

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
HomeVault is appropriate for users of all agesincluding children under the age of 13.
In full compliance with:- COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)- Google Play Families Policy- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
We confirm:- No personal data is collected from anyone- No advertising of any kind is displayed- No external links are present in the App- No in-app purchases exist- No chat or social features are included- No network requests are ever made
Parents and guardians can allow children touse HomeVault with complete confidence.

7. DATA SECURITY
Since HomeVault makes no network connectionsand collects no personal data, there is zerorisk of data breach or unauthorized accessfrom any external source.
All data is stored in Android's private appsandbox — completely isolated from other appsand inaccessible without physical device access.

8. DATA DELETION
To remove all App data from your device:
Option 1 — Uninstall the AppAll data including photos and item recordsis permanently deleted.
Option 2 — Manual clear:Settings → Apps → HomeVault → Storage→ Clear Data
No data exists on any server to delete.Deletion is instant and complete.

9. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR / CCPA / PDPA)
For users in the EU, UK, California, or otherregulated regions — HomeVault fully compliesby collecting zero personal data.
