MEDIA OUTREACH We utilize a number of media resources to publicize our event and promote our sponsors including e-blast, local magazine ads and social media.
FEATURED PROJECTS: The tour showcases a variety of home styles, types and sizes. Our past tours have featured Fort Worth’s finest residential architects including: Allen Architecture, Konstrukcio Studio, Bennett Benner Partners, FIRM 817, Norman Ward, AIA, Randall Gideon, FAIA and 97w, and many more. The projects that we select show the highest attention to detail, a superior design sensibility and the benefits of a long-lasting relationship between contractors and subcontracting teams. The tour highlights the products that homeowners desire and reveals the processes behind creating this level of design.
HOMES ON THE TOUR THIS YEAR There are FIVE residences on the 2023 Homes Tour.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
We have a wide range sponsorship levels at varying prices. Below is our benefit matrix that shows what benefits are available with each level. Our sponsorships are arranged to best meet your marketing needs. Basic levels of sponsorship have moderate interaction with our Homes Tour attendees and AIA membership base. The upper levels of sponsorship will maximize your company’sengagement with our tour attendees and membership base. Tickets included with your sponsorship will be emailed to you by September 10th.
Business Cards GUIDELINES (Home, home elite, bronze, silv er, gold and title sponsors) Company Business Cards at Home Level and above can be provided to the AIA Fort Worth for the exclusive use during the tour within the house(s) where your company has products / services. Cards may be modified to include images of the products that appear in the home, have company representative information or list services that your company provides. Only provide 1 card type and 50 copies. Cards are provided by each sponsor to the AIA Fort Worth for the exclusive use during the tour. Cards to be mailed to the AIA Fort Worth by the deadline as shown above. Cards will be placed at the house at a location determined by the AIA Fort Worth. Unused cards will not be returned.

LOGO FORMAT AND REQUIREMENTS (Silv er, gold, Media & Title SPONSORS) Silver, Gold and Title sponsors have the opportunity to use their company logo on our website and tour printed materials. For deadline please see the list at the top of this page.
company REPRESENTATI VE IN HOME (HOME ELITE , silver, gold and title sponsors) Sponsors, as permitted by their benefits, is eligible to have ONE representative in the tour house where their product/ services are located. You must have a product, a home to be eligible for this. Company representative should check-in with the Tent at the front of the house prior to entering the house. Representative is welcome at the home during all or some of the tour hours. We suggest that company representative pick up their tour badge at Will Call prior to arriving at their project house. BONUS ITEMS (GOLD SPONSORS) One bonus item is available per Gold Sponsorship. Many of the bonus items can only be provided to one sponsor and are given to sponsors based on date of completed Sponsor Agreement. See Sponsorship Agreement for a full list of bonus items.
