Expense Reimbursements
All expenses, including payments made directly to vendors, should be submitted using an Expense Voucher and follow the PTA Expense Reimbursement Policy.

When making purchases for your committee, please use the PTA's tax-exempt status whenever possible.
Stores that accept our tax-exempt form include:
Target • Dollar Tree • Walmart • Staples • GFS • Jewel • Costco • Meijer

Need cash for an event?
Cash box requests should be submitted at least one week before your event to give the Treasurer enough time to withdraw and prepare the funds.

When collecting money for a PTA event or program:
Never deposit PTA funds into a personal account.
Do not use collected funds to directly pay expenses.
Do not hold checks.
For large or ongoing events, submit frequent smaller deposits rather than holding funds until the event ends.
Complete a Deposit Tally with each deposit.
