I have been working in real estate for over 15 years now. I have worked with many buyers and sellers over the years, both are rewarding and have their own challenges.  For a first-time buyer, everything is new and you need help navigating through the process knowing you have good people in your corner to help you through.  Selling your home can be stressful as well, needing to hit a certain number to make it all work, finding your next home, coordinating your move, etc. I have worked through many different scenarios at this point, and all I can tell you is that I work hard to make it all come out right at the end of the day and have people walk away happy.  I want to help you buy your first home, sell it down the road when your family is growing, and help you buy again. I want you to refer me to people you know – friends, family, co-workers.  I think of myself as a master facilitator. You need a lot of good people to get it done, but one great Realtor can make that all possible. It is so rewarding to see people’s dreams come to fruition and know that I had a part in that.
