How to start the game

Number of players: This game supports 4 players per round.

Starting money: Players will receive 10,000 baht, which will be divided into

3 1,000-baht banknotes

1 5,000-baht banknote

Selecting a representative When the game starts, all players must roll the dice to determine a player representative for each round. The player with the highest score will be the representative of that round, which will affect certain decisions in the game, such as choosing the first dream room.

Time division: Set a time period for players to make decisions or trade assets within 60 seconds per round. If the player does not decide within the specified time, a random decision will be made from a special card.

Determining the movement in the game

All players roll the dice to find the first player to start the game. The one with the lowest score will be the first to start the game. - In the game, players must roll the dice and follow the points they have.
At the beginning, there will be an arrow indicating the direction of movement.

Property trading table

In the game, if a player stops at a space that is a dream room, the player can buy that space. After buying, the player will receive the title deed to the dream room.
When other players fall to the owner's space Players can collect rent.
Players can upgrade their dream rooms to increase their value, but they can only upgrade when the player moves the chess to stop at the dream room in the next round.
Buying and selling property between players: Players can exchange dream rooms with each other, by mutual agreement, using special cards or offers that are worth more than the room's market price.

Special Situation

Special Situation Cards : Special cards randomly selected by players from their group can affect players in a number of ways, such as:

Losing money : Players must pay a certain amount of money to the group.

Instantly expanding their dream room : Players can upgrade their dream room immediately.

Theft : Players can steal property from other players (but the player being stolen must have more money or property at the time).

Boycott : If a player buys a dream room and cannot pay the rent or upgrade fee, they will be boycotted (must pay a fine or reduce their moves in the next round).

Winning Conditions

Winning the Sub-Rounds In each round of play, every time someone goes bankrupt, the remaining players will receive points based on the total value of their property. (Including cash and upgraded dream rooms) The player with the highest score in each round will receive a special prize that can be used in the next round, such as an additional 2,000 baht or a special path to roll the dice.
Destroying the Dream Room Players can choose to use a special card to destroy other players' Dream Rooms, but there will be some costs or assets to use this card.
Calculating the total score When the game ends, the player with the highest total assets (cash + upgraded Dream Room value) will be the winner. If 2 players have the same score, there will be a special test to find the winner, which is to roll the dice to determine the result.

Special Rules

Time Control All players must take the time to make a decision as quickly as possible. If there is a delay in making a decision or a dispute, there will be a cost to continue (which may be a fine or a loss of points).
