Home Planning History

Established in 1968 by Bob Williams in Anoka under the name Home Planning Service, Home Planning has been the go-to source for quality plans for builders in the metro area. Following its acquisition by Ron Parks of Coon Rapids, the company underwent a transformation in 1986 when Chuck Egberg of New Brighton took ownership, renaming it Home Planning Associates Inc.

With Chuck Egberg at the helm since 1972 and Perry Laden joining the team in 1998, Home Planning continues its legacy of excellence in providing top-notch planning services for builders across the metro area.
