Ayan Kumar Bhowmick
Research Interest
I am a graduating Ph.D student at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India, working under the guidance of Prof. Bivas Mitra. I have submitted my thesis in February 2021. I am a part of the Complex Network Research Group (CNeRG) in the department. My research interest broadly lies in the areas of network science, data mining, social networks and network representation learning. I am working on developing scalable algorithms for network representation learning and modeling the dynamics of information diffusion in social networks in order to identify users playing key roles in propagating messages over the network.
