How Does It Work?

1. Submit Payment. Follow the payment links below and complete the payment securely via PayPal. Once payment is completed, you will be brought to a page which contains the consultation form that you can download and fill out.

2. Fill Out Consultation Form & Email it. Follow the simple instructions to fill out the consultation form and send it via email. You will need the latest version of Adobe Reader to fill it out.

3. Receive Medicine. The doctor might contact you to get additional details. Within 3 business days of receiving all of your information, the doctor will send you your medicine. Upon shipping your medicine, you will be notified. Medicine should take around 3-4 working days in Singapore & 7-10 working days outside of Singapore to be deliverd.
