How can I order? - All orders must be placed through Instagram's direct messages. Please message me 4-5 days in advance of your desired date including your name, phone number, desired date for pickup, color, quantity, theme, and any pictures you have for inspiration !

How do I pay? - All orders require a 50% downpayment to secure your order. Payment must be made through Venmo, Paypal, or Apple Cash. I do NOT accept cash.

Do you deliver? - I do not deliver directly. Once you place an order we will discuss a mutual meeting spot for pickup that works for both parties :) All pickups need to be made before noon unless we discuss otherwise!

What comes inside the heart? - I will fill the hearts with small candies, but the purpose of a smash heart is for you to place any small gifts inside! this includes (but not limited to) : gift cards, any proposals, jewelry, mini bottles, cash, pictures, tickets, etc. The heart is hollow which allows you to simply pick the heart up and place the desired gift inside! if you would like me to place something in the heart for you, you must give me the item 24 hours in advance from your pickup.

How do I store my Order ? - All my products are made with tempered chocolate which remains solid at room temperature. Keep out of extreme heat to avoid melting!!! If your order contains strawberries keep refrigerated for up to 2 days for maximum freshness. Orders without strawberries can be kept at room temperature / refrigerated for up to 2-3 days.

Do you ship ?- I do not ship my products at this time! Please be advised that I only make/deliver orders locally in the San Diego area.

What if I am dissatisfied with my order? - Please don't hesitate to reach out to me through Instagram ! I am more than happy to discuss any issues you may have including refunds or discounts !
