From 10BOX & Burton Creek, head North on Kentucky Ave toward the hospital. Go straight through the roundabout. Make a right on 6th Street. The Crisis Center will be on the left.
Also, once a year in January, OZH hosts Project Homeless Connect at the Civic Center. This event is a one-stop service day for medical, mental health, substance abuse, housing, dental, benefits, legal, eyeglasses, photo identification, food, clothing, wheelchair repair, haircuts, and much more. January 29, 2026 from 10 AM to 1 PM
