THE MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

CAN YOU GIVE ME A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE?

No, unfortunately not. We do a physical quote for a number of reasons.  Windows and doors are no longer standard sizes and we quote per square meter of glass. We also need to see if our team will have safe access to the  high windows that need to be washed and we need to see what condition the windows and frames are in.

DO YOU CHARGE A CALL OUT FEE TO DO A QUOTE?

Your quote is free of charge and forms part of the service we provide.

CAN YOU WASH A FEW WINDOWS FOR ME?

We understand that there might be a few windows that you cannot reach and therefore do provide this service.  A minimum fee is charged for time and travel.

CAN YOU WASH HIGH WINDOWS?

Yes, we have long ladders and our staff are well trained.  If we can get to them; we can clean them for you.

DO YOU WORK WEEKENDS?

For 10 months of the year we work from Monday to Friday. During November and December the team works 6 days a week.

DO YOU DO A BUILDERS CLEAN?

We unfortunately no longer provide this service.
