PG Rules and Terms

1. Entry Time:

Residents must return to the PG by 10:00 PM every night.

2. Visitors:

No outside visitors are allowed inside the PG.

Only guardians are permitted to visit with prior permission.

3. No Smoking / No Alcohol / No Drugs:

Any form of smoking, alcohol consumption, or substance abuse is strictly prohibited.

4. Behaviour Guidelines:

Maintain polite and respectable behavior with everyone.

Loud talking, unnecessary shouting, or creating disturbance is not allowed.

5. Use of Common Areas:

Do not roam or stay unnecessarily in the parking area.

Avoid talking on the phone loudly or causing disturbance in common areas.

6. Respect Property:

Take care of PG property and maintain cleanliness in rooms and common spaces.

7. Strict Action on Violations:

If any rule is violated, a fine of ₹10,000 will be charged, and the resident may be immediately removed from the PG.
