All prayer gives us opportunity to interface with Universal Mind, the Mind of God. God is always available to us and everywhere present. This interface, therefore, is a shift in our own perception, an opening of our consciousness to the Oneness that is already there but to which we become blinded. Affirmative prayer as employed within the Science of Mind is termed Spiritual Mind Treatment. Ernest Holmes, author of The Science of Mind provides a rationale for its form when he states, "We have no record of Jesus ever asking God to do things for Him; He gave thanks and then commanded the Law to work. This is the correct manner of approach to the Spirit and the Law. This is not superstition but the fact in the case, and we would better realize it" (p. 177). The Spiritual Mind Treatment is neither a supplication nor a theological debate with the Divine; rather it is a focal point upon which the conscious mind can alight even as it is a demonstration of steadfast and convicted faith in what is already playing out on the plane of Universal Mind and an expression of gratitude to the Source of all things that makes both prayer and its physical demonstration possible. In Spiritual Mind Treatment, "[w]e do not argue, ask, deny, nor affirm; WE KNOW" (pp. 177-178).

The abundance of this universe knows no bounds. I know that within this abundance, all around this abundance, keeping vigil over this abundance is the Eternal Creative Source. This Source is the font of all abundance flowing forth into manifestation as the blades of grass in the savannahs, the drops of rain in the sky, the grains of sand on the shore. It is within this vibrant, active backdrop of fathomless abundance that I am. I am fundamentally connected to this wellspring of abundance. I am inundated with this abundance, and it is for realization of this abundance as prosperity in my experience that I speak these words. God within me is the certain guidance of that still Voice. I am guided in each and every act I take into the deeper recesses of abundance. Divine Right Action leads me to security in all my affairs: activity in my vocation and finances cement my birthright as recipient of the bounty of the universe. It is my Father's good pleasure to provide for me every manifestation of abundance as prosperity to me, through me. The greatest and best for me means that I am well taken care of, Divinely compensated, and reassured that this is happening right here, right now, for I can never lose anything that is mine by Divine Right. I know with certainty that this is so. It is the Good awaiting me in every now moment. I give great thanks that this is the miracle of my life right here and right now. What a blessing. I entrust my word into the Law of Correspondences, certain in its evolution to follow its involution in mine own vision. It is done unto me as I believe it--World without end. And so it is.
I know that I have found the right way to be open and receptive to the possibility of abundance in the universe and of prosperity as an individualized experience of this abundance in my life. The way is open to me; the right setting and opportunity for this realization come to me on the chessboard of life. The right circumstances align with me in perfect synchronicity. Life is miraculous in the ways it brings such fortuitous happenings to me. I know that such miracles come in even the most casual of ways. When the student is ready, the teacher appears. I am ready right here, right now. I believe resolutely in my abundance as God made manifest in me, as me, through me, into my life. I know that everything I touch teems with the abundance of Life. My affairs are alive with Divine Circulation of this Life, pulsing and moving and unfolding as every good thing. I love Life and Life loves me. Gratitude overflows within me. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I release my words, knowing that they are truth in my life even as I speak them. World without end. And so it is.
I know that all is One, and the totality of creation and the energy within and around this creation is the Source I call God. I acknowledge and affirm the presence and power of God in all. I know that I am one with God, one with the Source of all there is. I know and affirm that the prosperity and the vocation I seek is already mine, for I seek it to express an individualization of the creative impulse of Source Itself. I am open to and embrace my prosperity and my divine vocation, which are mine by Divine Right, now. God is; I AM. It is with a steadfast sense of gratitude that I embrace that which I already possess. I open my eyes to the revelation of this spiritual Truth in my life. I release. I surrender myself to Source. I let go, and I let God. Even as I speak these words, I know they are done unto me as I have believed. And so it is.
I know there is but One. I know the sum total of creation and the lifespring back of all is the Source. I call this Source God. I recognize and I affirm the presence of God in all. I know that this One Source lives in through and as me even as within It I live, and move, and have my being. I know and affirm that because I am as a drop within the ocean and the Intelligence of the ocean is within the drop, I am Divinely guided, Divinely watched over, Divinely inspired with all wisdom necessary to see more deeply, to know more certainly, to acknowledge more resolutely. I am open to and embrace the Divine guidance and wisdom I seek, for I know that It is also seeking me. It is with a sense of joy and ease that I embrace the sense of gratitude at that which has already come to me. I open my eyes to the revelation of this spiritual Truth as it unfolds in my life. I release. I let go. I sink into the sure feeling that Source is within me and all around me. I let go, and I let God. Even as I speak these words, I know they are so. And so it is.
I know. I know there is only One; there is only one shared Humanity that flows beneath awareness like a reservoir of Life. It bubbles up and pours forth into my consciousness and that of each and every human being on this planet. This shared Humanity is innate, immutable, and equal. This is the Power and the Personality I called God, Spirit, and Source. And I know that this same Humanity resides in, through, and as each person in an individualized expression of what it is to be human: beautiful, unique, and precious.
When I know that this is so, there are only love and empathy for this individualized expression that comes to me as the people whom I know, the people whom I love, and all the people with whom I come into contact be it in person or by media. There is but one innate and immutable Humanity. Where there are only love and empathy, there can be only kindness, only compassion. Where there are only love and empathy and kindness and compassion, there is only peace. There is inner peace, reassurance in the resolute knowingness that I myself am each a beautiful, unique, and precious individualized expression of humanity. There is harmony in my interpersonal relationships, reassurance in the resolute knowingness that all whom I know and interact with are also beautiful, unique, and special individualized expressions of Humanity. And there is a certain and steadfast awareness of a great and lasting global peace because the one shared Humanity necessarily means the same potential for this transformational awareness of peace lies at the core of each and every human mind and heart on the planet.
I know that when my perspective is transformed by peace, my thoughts, my words, and my actions are also changed. The endeavors in which I expend our time, talent, and energies are resolutely focused on the furtherance of life, liberty, equality, and yes, ultimately peace. Peace of mind. Peace at home. Peace in my community. And peace that encompasses the globe. Gandhi knew this peace. Dr. King knew this peace. Countless others have known and continue to know this peace. And I know it. In this knowledge, I release my intention and let it go out into the one shared Humanity that unites all, knowing that those who are open to feel it will intuit it when they meet me. Those who are not yet ready for it can be open to it and will eventually open to the possibility of peace. When I know this—really know this--I know peace. And, releasing logos, the creative self-knowingness of Word into the Universal Mind, I know that this is already so. All is well in my world. And so it is.
In the midst of this eternal now moment, in the presence of the Most High, I bask in the knowledge and awareness of the Ultimate Reality that is the all-in-all, God. All the bounty of a limitless universe is contained within the One. All the creation, all the abundance, all of life is seated within It. Its life is my life now. Therefore, my word has power over my perception of this Reality. I know that I am a spiritual idea in the Divine Mind. Any semblance of doubt, uncertainty, or worry are toppled by the white stone of faith. I free myself from secular thinking and bask in the steadfast faith that God is my portion and supply. I know that God within me is steadfast faith. It is my certainty in Divine Right Action at work within my affairs. Deep within me is the knowingness of the Spiritual nucleus, the kernel of Truth in each and every moment of my life. All facets of my life are the Divine Pattern, the game of life squared. This Divine knowledge is of God and is God, knowing Itself through me. Therefore, I open mine eyes to see with clarity that all is well, everything is working out for my highest good, and out of whatever circumstance, only good comes. The truth of my life is the Perfect Pattern, all of the God qualities humankind seeks: security in freedom of choice, abundance in spiritual and material things, love and health and joy. I know that I am enveloped by this perfection and that only Divine circulation of the right opportunities, people, and situations come to me now and forevermore. I am filled with thanksgiving that the Law works unfailingly, mathematically, with perfect certainty. I know my faith powers my word and sends it into the Law of Mind, which carries it out even as I speak. I entrust my thoughts to the Law and expect their manifestation instantaneously, with gratitude and excitement. World without end. And so it is.
There is one Life. That Life is God. That Life is perfect, whole, and complete in the Infinity of Life where I am. That Life is my life now. I am one with the Life of God, for I am a beloved child of Life made in Its perfect image, Divinity personified. All of the gifts of the kingdom are mine now. I accept them with arms outstretched and hands opened. I speak my word for the gifts of peace, love, and joy in my life. I speak my word now for the gifts of happiness, prosperity, clarity, and wisdom. And I accept each and every one of them with gladness, for I know that I deserve them. I know that I am worth loving. I know that Life loves me and I love Life. Therefore, I know that I am Divinely guided and directed to all this Good and more in my life. Life's bounty tumbles forth into my life as beauty in all I see. I give great thanks from a full heart for all the goodness I have accepted, knowing that the more I take time to appreciate it, the more I realize it already is. I release, I let go, I let God. World without end. And so it is.
I speak this word for myself now. I know that God is a Guiding Light in all the universe. Infinite Spirit is always guiding me, ever leading me, forever directing me. I know that this guidance leads me in all that I think, say, and do in all areas of my life and for my highest and best. Thank you, Mother-Father God, for the privilege and ability to pray and to know beyond all doubt that the prayer is answered as I pray it. I release these words with an amen, knowing that they are done unto me as I believe. World without end. And so it is.
In the stillness of this Eternal Now moment, as I bask in the light of the Most High, I know the unity and oneness back of all things. It expresses itself as the Peace of the One Light and Love, which is the very core of that which I am. I alight here, opening to and embracing the Peace that passeth all understanding. This peace pervades every fiber of my being, for I am the expression of Divine Life in the midst of peace. I claim my soul's home here. I am revitalized in this peace, for Your Presence within me is the very nature of me: peace and appreciation of this serenity. This Peace at the core of me never leaves me. I am ever able to touch it. It is mine. It is eternally and effortlessly present. I know in the Eternal Now moment, all is unfolding for my greatest joy and highest good for peace in my life. I give great thanks for that which is. I release it and let it be so now and forevermore, world without end. And so it is.
I know that God is ever-present in the story of my life. I am God's perfection made individual: every cell, nerve, organ, tissue, bone, muscle, and gland in my body is God's perfect love personified. I am healed and made whole from the crown of my head to the tips of my toes and to the tips of my fingers. I am perfect, whole, and complete. I claim for myself perfect circulation, assimilation, and elimination. I embrace perfect mobility, flexibility, and agility. I give thanks for this perfect wellness and vitality in this Now moment. I am so thankful for this answered prayer. I release it and let it be. And so it is.
There is only One Mind, One Source of all creation. That Mind is my mind right now. The more I focus on the One Source, the more I find Its Presence made manifest as the blessings in my life. As I align in prayerful thankgiving with It, I see it with greater clarity. I am grateful for the beauty I see in nature: the clouds sailing through the blue skies, the thunderstorms of summer, the cooling rains and the white snowfall, and the impulse of life that moves through the circle of life from vegetable to animal to mineral and back. I see the bounty of God as the material blessings that have been prepared for me, in the family and friends that surround me, and the situations that come to me as everyday miracles. I give great thanks for this understanding, knowing that the more I embrace with a glad and thankful heart these blessings, the more vividly they shine in and through me. I let my word nestle itself into the One Divine Mind to be made manifest instantly. World without end. And so it is.
The Supreme Source is all there is. All there is is the Supreme Source made manifest. This Divine Action is all the love, the peace, the harmony of the universe, everywhere present and eternally now. I am what this Blessed Source is: God in the world. I am at one with Source's love, peace, harmony, and Divine Right Action. Now, I know this and live my life with this understanding. I live a life where I love and accept all as my highest good and greatest joy. Immediately, I recognize this Good, the truth of Source as a ceaseless shining light, expressing and revealing Itself in every being, all the same essence made individual. I speak this word, knowing that God emanates supreme love and peace and joy. I give thanks for this truth, this divine perfection of the word of god, knowing I am ever-guided, ever-directed, ever-guarded, ever-protected for my highest good and greatest joy. I loving release this treatment to the Law and let it be. I give myself over to the Divine Mind. World without end. And so it is.
