Renaissance Home Solutions, LLC (RHS) is a real estate investment company designed to provide solutions for distressed property owners and distressed properties. RHS purchases single or multi-family homes from owners who are experiencing foreclosure, work transfer, divorce, income reduction, or inheritance. RHS, also, purchases properties that are abandoned, real estate owned (REO), or sold on auction or through HUD or VA. RHS does the work of finding the properties at deep discounts and leverages those discounts to profit the cash buyer or the investor who wants to partner with RHS to rehab, lease-purchase or manage long-term and short-term rentals. The goal is to constantly provide solutions for the distressed property owner and/or for the distressed property in order to preserve the viability of stable neighborhoods throughout but not exclusively Southeastern Pennsylvania.
