 London 9th May - Leave 7am from West London

Run from Kensal Rise, through Victoria along the Embankment to the city. Then cross Tower Bridge and start running West along the Thames. Pass Southbank and Battersea and hug the Thames until Richmond. After that its streets of Hounslow until Heathrow Terminal 2. 

Flight is at 16.15 and lands at in Derry Airport 17.40.

Aim is to start running from Derry Airport straight away.
