Phonics

Rocket Phonics is our new Phonics scheme. There are a variety of books, games and other resources to support letter recognition, blending, segmenting and reading. Please speak to your child’s teacher for your child’s login.

Sound Awareness (Early Phonics/pre letter recognition work). Each folder includes some of the early sound awareness work, including environmental sound discrimination, instrumental sound discrimination, body percussion and rhythm and rhyme. These activities can be used to support children with listening skills, ready to transition into learning letter sounds.
