We will verify receipt of any assignment of benefits. We will bill your insurance carrier directly

Medicare/ Medicaid

If you are eligible for home health care coverage through Medicare or Medicaid, our office will bill them directly

Direct/ Self- Pay

When billed directly to you, Home Health Connect Inc statement clearly identifies visits and hours spend by our home health care professionals. You pay only to the per visit or per hour rate
