The price includes all charges: water, electricity, Wifi. The 1,30€ per person for the council tax is not included as it is calculated according to the number of people staying in the flat.

 We can put at your disposal a Young Child pack(*) including a baby bed, high-chair, stroller, car seat and a baby bath.

The apartments are completely clean and must be returned in clean condition. If you do not want to do the cleaning, you will be charged € 65 (**) ..

The cleaning service does not include the washing-up or garbage removal.

 A deposit is required. If no damage is found during the inventory output, it will be returned at the end of the stay within 8 days maximum.

In case of theft, breakage, deterioration, or unsatisfactory cleaning, these costs will be charged extra.
