A Leaf Blower???
Yup, It takes the juice right out of the fire. Not sure if its wind speed or suffocation but a simple leaf blower can help fight one hell of a fire. As you can see in the video below it blows out fire completely and as easy as blowing out birthday candles. Sometimes you improvise to fight the flames. Hell, why waste water when you can do this.
Below you will find a few of the tools included in a kit and other items we think that are necessary to help against a firestorm. We also never suggest you directly fight a fire but only that you are prepared to do so without placing yourself in such harms way. What we have seen lately is a run away scenario because everything is burning down, why? Because only the fire department is prepared, not the homeowner; but its the fire department in these situations who get overwhelmed and the flames get in control.

When FireGuard E-84 Intumescent Paint is exposed to heat generated by flames, it swells to form an insulating char barrier that fire cannot penetrate. Without a source of fuel, the fire is unable to spread. In addition to protecting from flame, this char barrier functions as an insulating blanket to help protect the underlying substrate from the intense heat of a fire. To date we have never seen anything more effective.
