1. In each state there is a single Franchisee. (Calif, Fl, Texas, etc. require more than a single Franchisee based upon population, clients and overall area; one can only do so much)
2. Under each Franchisee are Licensed Contractors.
3. Under each Contractor can be Sub-Contractors
4. Contractors/Sub-Contractors install, inspect and can maintain FireShield systems.

The Franchisee oversees Contractors/Sub-Contractors. Franchisee verifies completed work, testing and signs off on the completed install. Franchisee revenue is based upon a 20% of the labor, 50% of the yearly testing and a 4% of the profit from any sale where their Jurisdiction resides. Franchisee receives outfitted vehicles for installation and delivery based upon their client base.

A Contractor or Sub-Contractor must install the roofline sprinkler systems. They are ALL cut to length as very few homes are the same size and shape. Contractor revenue is based upon 80% of that labor, 50% of the yearly testing revenue and a 2% of the profit from each kit installed.

The revenue derived from a single installation that is split between the franchisee and Contractor/Sub-Contractor can be at least $1000 to $2000, add FireGuard and a 10 year testing contract and the profit can be staggering. Including upgrades, other "kits" and one client might purchase $10,000 in equipment and services during those 10 years. That is a real possibility for one home and we intend on doing millions of homes.
