Dev App YG47 ("we," "our," "us") has adopted this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, store, and use information in connection with our application, Soul Ringtones ("the app," "our services").
By installing, using, or otherwise accessing the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the app.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at reasonable intervals. Any material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the app after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
Soul Ringtones does not require account creation, sign-in, or any form of registration. We do not collect names, email addresses, or social media profile information through the app.
We may collect limited non-personal, non-identifying technical information to operate and improve the app, including:
Device and app information (device model, OS version, app version)
General usage data (features used, crash reports) for the purpose of improving app stability
Soul Ringtones displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) to serve ads, including personalized ads where permitted, and to measure ad performance. This data is governed by Google's own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can manage ad personalization settings through your device's system settings (Google Settings → Ads).
Soul Ringtones requests the following device permissions, used solely for the app's core functionality:
Modify System Settings (WRITE_SETTINGS): required to allow you to set a selected sound as your device's ringtone, alarm, or notification sound, at your explicit request when you tap "Set as Ringtone / Alarm / Notification." This permission is never used for any other purpose.
Internet access: required to load the ringtone catalog and stream audio content from our servers, and to display ads.
We do not access your contacts, photos, location, camera, or microphone.
Collected data (as described above) is used to:
Operate and maintain the app's core features
Serve advertisements through AdMob
Diagnose and fix technical issues
Improve the app's features over time
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We may disclose data:
To service providers (such as Google AdMob) strictly for the purposes described above
When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of users
We follow reasonable industry-standard security measures to protect any information processed by the app. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Soul Ringtones is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.
