WAMC Studios Terms of Service

Welcome to AiFusion and AiDiffusion! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AiFusion and AiDiffusion applications and related services provided by WAMC Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using AiFusion or AiDiffusion, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Use of AiFusion and AiDiffusion

You must be at least 18 years old to use AiFusion or AiDiffusion. By using these applications, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of AiFusion and AiDiffusion, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

3. Payment and Transactions

If you choose to make purchases within AiFusion or AiDiffusion, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your purchases. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for any such fees or charges.

3.1 Subscription Payments

Subscription payments are made through Google Play Billing and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions can be managed in the Account Settings after the purchase has been made.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use AiFusion or AiDiffusion for any unlawful or prohibited purpose or to engage in any activity that could harm these applications, their users, or third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes upon the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of AiFusion and AiDiffusion are owned by WAMC Studios and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on these applications without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AiFusion and AiDiffusion are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that AiFusion or AiDiffusion will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WAMC Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of AiFusion or AiDiffusion.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on AiFusion or AiDiffusion. Your continued use of these applications after the posting of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Permissions for Specific Features

Please note that AiFusion and AiDiffusion may require access to certain features of your device for specific functions:

• Microphone Access: AiFusion may request access to your device's microphone when using voice chat features.

• Gallery Access: AiFusion and AiDiffusion may request access to your device's gallery to save generated images.

• Storage Access: AiFusion and AiDiffusion may require access to external storage to save files such as images or audio.

• Camera Access: AiFusion may request access to your device's camera for scanning text in images.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable worldwide, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
