At Home and Decor PH, our canvases are curated and ready for you. However, our frames are bespoke and handcrafted to your specific order. Your 50% deposit allows us to:

• Secure Premium Materials: We reserve high-quality materials specifically for your piece.

• Commit to Craftsmanship: It schedules your order with our framing artisans, ensuring dedicated time and detail.

• Peace of Mind: The remaining 50% is only settled once your art is safely delivered to your doorstep.

Yes. We are a DTI and BIR registered business (Reg No: 4314676). We provide official acknowledgment for every deposit, and our long-standing presence on Facebook and Instagram reflects our commitment to our clients

We strive for 100% accuracy in our photos. Because we send you a photo of your actual framed canvas before shipping, you can confirm the look and feel of the piece in real-world lighting before final payment.

We understand that plans change! Here is how we handle cancellations:

• Before Framing Begins: If you cancel within 24 hours of paying your deposit (and before we've cut the materials for your frame), we will provide a full refund of your deposit.

• Once Framing is in Progress: Because our frames are custom-built to your specific size and style, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable once the artisanal work has started. This covers the cost of the specialized materials and labor already dedicated to your piece.

We provide pre-shipping photos of your specific piece once the custom framing is complete. You get to see the final product before it ever leaves our workshop. You can also browse our Customer Feedback page and Actual Client Installations above to see our wall frames in real homes. 

Your 50% deposit is protected. We use multi-layer packaging for all shipments. In the rare event of damage during transit, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.
