Welcome to Homanager. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Homanager app ("App"), a collaborative to-do list designed for families to manage their housework. Homanager is provided to you by Alpha House ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Use of the App
a. License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
b. Freemium Model: The App operates on a freemium model. The free version of the App allows only the owner of the family account to add tasks for themselves. The premium version, available via subscription, allows the addition of family members to the account and the assignment of tasks to them.
c. Account Registration: To access certain features of the App, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. Subscription Fees and Payment
a. Subscription: Access to premium features of the App requires a paid subscription. Details of subscription plans and fees are available within the App.
b. Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App to:
Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes any third-party rights.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Homanager and its licensors.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms.
