REGULATIONS FOR PARENTS
· Kindly adhere to the drop and pick up time of the children.
· A child should not be sent to school if he/she is sick or suffering from infectious diseases.
· In case there is any change in the scheduled drop/pick up time, or the child is not coming, kindly inform the school.
· Please label the bag, Tiffin box and bottles of the child.
· Please send sufficient change of comfortable clothes.
· Parents may call or SMS on the school number for any information /clarification /message.

The Holy Kidz always welcomes parents in the school. The only request is to take prior appointment so your visit will does not interrupt normal classroom activity. The school organizes Parent- Teacher Meetings twice a year (once mid- term and once at the end of the year). This provides a formal opportunity for the parent, child and staff to interact and to ensure a warm cordial relationship.

Parents are requested to use attachment to hanging the Identity card provided by the school.
A child should not be sent to school if he/she is sick or suffering from infectious diseases.
Parents should inform school authority if the child has special medical needs and/or medications.
No spicy or too much oily food and juicy food be given in Tiffin box, only dry food excluding food with cream, nuts, chips, chocolates, toffees, sweets with syrup, puffed rice is allowed duly wrapped in hand towel.
For girls, hair cannot be kept untied unless it is very short. Use black ribbon or elastic band to braid hair, instead of hair clips or clutches.
Parents should not give the following items with their wards –
· Pen, pencil, Colour Pencil, sharpner and Pencil box.
· Match box or sparkling materials or toys.
· Fork for taking food.
· Feeding bottle/ canned juice.
· Any bottle for water other than bottle with strap.
· Any sharp object, coins, money, keys, beads or needles.
· Nail polish, Lipstick, Mehandi.
· Any kind of ornaments.
· Any kind of personal toys.
7. The child must be toilet trained.
