Hello families! We've made it to the end of the school year 😎 The students have worked so hard and make a lot of progress this year. End of the year reports have been sent out. I hope that you've had a chance to look them over. Seeing their growth over time puts in perspective some of what they've accomplished this year. If you you need anything over the summer, please reach out. I am available. Check out my summer math page for activities for over the summer. Wishing you a fun-filled summer!
Starting soon!
The 2nd grade students have been working on 3-digit addition and subtraction skills. This is a great time to review their previously learned 2-digit operation skills. We've also worked on word problems to help us better understand and break down these types of problems when we see them. Students should continue to practice 2-digit and 3-digit operations to strengthen their skills for next year.
