Class Notes
Homework- Look in assignment book every night
Home folder- Parents notes and homework
Snack- in book bag, healthy small snack, water bottle with name on it
Book bag- assignment book, home folder, lunch, extra mask, and snack- no toys, clothes or things not pertaining to school
Mask- must be worn everyday and an extra one in child's book bag (name on them) ONLY if stated by the school
Uniforms- please look at rules to make sure student is dressed correctly and correct color shoes from School Bells styles
Written Notes are needed for being late to school, not attending school, early pick up from school, any information that changes that affect school. Please send in note with your child to the classroom that day or the day child returns. I will NOT take an email note during the day!

Homework for Room 112
Welcome to Second Grade and welcome room 112. I am so happy and excited to have second grade.
Look at homework site for assignments and classroom news.
REMEMBER if you go AWAY or do things with others please do not bring the virus to our classroom. We have 18 children and me in the classroom all day.
Look on FACTS for grades. Any blank space means missing work that your child did not do which does not effect their grade. I grade what your child hands into me. They complete the paper and then I grade the answers. I also give all graded papers back to the students every Monday.
Your child needs a coat everyday in the winter. We go outside even on cold days!

Reading lessons: Horace and Morris but mostly Dolores
Phonic: consonant patterns kn, wr, gn, mb
English: sentences with lots of details, using I and Me
Math lessons: Money
Religion: Eucharist
Our field trip will be on Monday, April 3. The bus will arrive at 9:30 and we will be back in school at 2:00. It is at the Pittsburgh National Aviary on the North Side. Each child will need a packed lunch and drink. I will be sending notes home about this.

SNOW DAY WORK
The Children have a folder with snow day work in it.
Please complete only one package and return so we can check it together and that is the attendance for the snow day.
If you need me, email me from the child's email or your child can email and I will response to help or I will tell your child to meet with me.
I will not have Google Meets for a snow day.
