St. Peter Area Food Shelf
Church of the Holy Communion provides significant monetary assistance to the St. Peter Area Food Shelf, helping to mitigate hunger in our community. Each year, our donations are heavily matched during the month of March, when we have our fund drive.

March 2024 Fund Drive (Collecting Through April)
The statistics on food insecurity in Minnesota continue to rise, with increasing demands on food shelves across Minneosta, and, indeed, all of America. Forty-nine million Americans are affected by hunger. Seventeen million of those are children. This year, there has been a 36% increase in demand for hunger-relief services. One in eight people rely on food banks.
