Introduction

Welcome to the products and services provided by Holy Bible!

In order to use the relevant products and services, you should read and comply with the Holy Bible Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, and choose to accept or not accept.

1. Accept the Terms of Use

Holy Bible provides services to users on the Internet through the product, and the content of the services is subject to these Terms of Use.

You should read this Agreement carefully before using the Product. When you click "Agree", you mean that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using the product and all its services immediately; once you use the product and related services, you are deemed to have understood and fully agreed to the contents of this agreement, including the modifications made to this agreement, and become a user of the product (hereinafter referred to as "Users").

2. Service Description

Holy Bible provides users with a variety of services through the application, including but not limited to Bible reading, highlighting, scripture sharing, Bible notes, etc. When using the Products, this may include communications with the Products and Services, including, but not limited to: service notices, administrative messages and other information to which you subscribe.

3. User Code of Conduct

You understand that all information, including but not limited to data, text, sounds, images, graphics, and other content, whether publicly posted or transmitted privately, is the sole responsibility of the Content Provider. This means that you, not Holy Bible, are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, email, send or otherwise add to the product. While Holy Bible monitors content submitted to the family of product platforms, Holy Bible cannot guarantee that such content will be accurate and appropriate. You acknowledge that when using the Product, you may be exposed to abusive or inappropriate content. You agree and warrant that you will never use the product to:

• Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise add any content that violates the laws of you and the Holy Bible, is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, violent, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, discriminatory, racially discriminatory or otherwise prohibited;

• Harm minors in any way;

• Impersonate any person or group – including, without limitation, Holy Bible staff, forum owners or moderators, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or group;

• Falsify data titles or otherwise manipulate identifying data to disguise the origin of content transmitted through the product;

• Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise add any information that you are not authorized to post under the law and contractual relationships (e.g. internal information, proprietary or confidential information known through an employment relationship or subject to a confidentiality agreement);

• Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise add any content that infringes another party's patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right;

• Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise add any advertising, marketing materials, spam, pyramid schemes or other forms of solicitation of customers;

• Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise add any computer code, files, programs that contain software viruses or otherwise interfere with, disrupt or limit the functionality of any computer hardware or television device;

• Interfere with any normal conversation or otherwise negatively influence other users' real-time communication;

• Interfere with or affect the products or the servers or networks connected to them, or violate the requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of any network connected to the product products;

• Stalking or harassing others;

• Collect or store other users' personal information to perform acts that are expressly prohibited above.

You acknowledge that Holy Bible may and may not review content in advance, but that Holy Bible and its designees have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to review, reject, or remove any content on the product for any reason.

You acknowledge and acknowledge that if required by law or in good faith belief that such access, retention or disclosure is necessary, you acknowledge and agree that Holy Bible may access, store or disclose your account information and content in the following circumstances:

• Compliance with legal process;

• To perform this Terms of Use;

• Respond to allegations by third parties that any content violates their intellectual property rights;

4. Services may not be resold

You agree not to copy, copy, sell, rent or develop the content of the product for commercial purposes, nor to sell, transfer or rent the right to use or access the product for commercial purposes.

5. About Use and Storage

You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, transfer or use for any other commercial purpose any part of the Products and Services and the use of or acquisition of the product of Services.

You acknowledge that Holy Bible has the right to establish general measures and restrictions on the use of the product, including but not limited to the maximum period for which the Services provided by the product retain the Content posted or other posted content, and the maximum number of times you can use the Service (and the maximum time per use) for a certain period of time. You agree that Holy Bible shall not be liable for any information, communications and other content posted or transmitted through the Service if deleted or not stored. You also agree that Holy Bible reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these general measures and restrictions at any time, with or without notice.

6. Modification of the Service

Holy Bible reserves the right to modify or discontinue the products (or any part thereof) at any time, from time to time, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. You agree that Holy Bible shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or termination of the Family.

7. Termination of Service

You agree that Holy Bible may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice and your access to the product products immediately at any time and for any reason.

8. Notice to Third Parties

You acknowledge that transactions between you and any party you know or find through the products exist solely between you and that party. You agree that Holy Bible shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the foregoing transactions.

9. Copyright Policy

No end user may use this product— Holy Bible to infringe the intellectual property rights (including but not limited to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, and other proprietary rights) of others, if you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative, if you believe Any content that violates your copyright may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") by providing us with the following information:

- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner or an agent of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

- Identification of the copyright claimed to have been infringed.

10. Notice

Holy Bible will notify you of changes to the Terms of Use, including but not limited to email, regular mail, SMS, mobile multimedia messages, text messages, announcements on the product, or other reasonable means known or under development.

Your acceptance of this User Agreement is your agreement to receive promotional communications from Holy Bible from time to time. The above information will be pushed through your application notice.
