Welcome to TCG Card Scanner - HoloVix ("Application"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Application provided by the Service Provider ("we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Application and uninstall it from your device.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Application enables users to:
Scan and identify trading cards
View card information and estimated market values
Search trading card databases
Build and organize personal card collections
Track and manage trading card inventories
Access card-related information and collection tools
You agree not to misuse the Application or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable laws.
The Application may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features, including but not limited to:
Unlimited card scans
Advanced collection management
Enhanced card valuation tools
Premium database access
Faster scanning features
Ad-free experience
Available subscription plans and pricing are displayed within the Application and may vary by country or region.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless automatic renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Google Play or Apple App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription expires.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings.
If you cancel your subscription, premium features remain available until the end of the paid subscription period.
3. Refund Policy
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store and applicable law.

Refund requests are reviewed individually and approval is not guaranteed.
4. In-App Purchases
All in-app purchases are processed through official app store payment systems.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
Purchases are non-transferable.
Purchases cannot be exchanged for cash.
Purchases are generally non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Application.
Attempt to bypass security features.
Use automated bots, scripts, or scraping tools.
Upload false or misleading card information.
Interfere with the operation of the Application or its servers.
Use the Application for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its software, design, user interface, databases, graphics, text, trademarks, and functionality, is owned by the Service Provider or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
All third-party trademarks, logos, product names, and trading card images remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Card Information and Valuation Disclaimer
The Application provides card identification, estimated market values, rarity information, pricing data, and collection management tools.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that:
Card identification will always be correct.
Pricing information will always be current.
Market values will reflect actual selling prices.
Database information will always be complete or error-free.
Trading card prices frequently change due to market demand, card condition, grading, availability, and other factors.
Information provided by the Application is intended solely for informational and collection management purposes and should not be considered financial, investment, appraisal, or professional advice.
8. User Content
You remain the owner of any images, collection information, or other content that you submit or process through the Application.
By using the Application, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use any content you upload.
The Service Provider does not claim ownership of your content.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
Incorrect card identification
Inaccurate pricing or valuation information
Loss of collection data
Subscription or billing issues handled by app stores
Temporary outages or service interruptions
Software bugs or technical failures
Third-party services or external data providers
Reliance on information generated by the Application
Your use of the Application is entirely at your own risk.
The Application may integrate or rely upon third-party services for analytics, advertising, crash reporting, cloud services, pricing information, or card database functionality.
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Any changes become effective immediately upon publication within the Application or on an associated website.
Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or associated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai, PSA, Beckett, CGC, TCGplayer, eBay, PriceCharting, or any other trading card publisher, grading company, marketplace, trademark owner, or rights holder.
All trademarks, logos, card names, product names, images, artwork, and other intellectual property referenced within the Application remain the property of their respective owners.
Any references to third-party brands, products, or services are used solely for identification, compatibility, informational, and descriptive purposes and do not imply any endorsement or partnership.
