Tokino Sora Record is an official 4-koma manga drawn by Purin a La Mode, who also did some official illustrations for Hololive and many unofficial (dōjin) 4-koma featuring various Hololive characters.
The manga was published on Sora's twitter account and an English version was also publish on Hololive English account.
In total there is about 50 pages published between April and Octover2020.
While the author published many of his other unofficial work and released them at comic market, there is no official physical copy of Sora Record.
First Manga in the hololive Alternative universe, the story follow Mio and Fubuki and feature Ayame and Miko. The four members also participated in the concert Protolive #2 〜Yamato Phantasia〜! that took place inside of the game holoearth.
The manga is drawn by the Kōsuke Kurose who is also known for the manga adaptation of the light novel Goblin Slayer.
Holoearth Chronicles is freely available in Japanese, English and Indonesian on the Holoearth website and the second volume was published in Japanese on May 7, 2024.

holoX MEETing! is the first hololive manga to be serialized in a manga magazine. After the initial publication in Ultra Jump, the complete manga was released in two volumes by Jump Comics + in Japanese and Yen Press in English.
The manga feature Flare, Polka, Miko, Suisei and Noel as members of a school club called Shiranai koto kenkyūkai, officially translated as Shiraken Secret Society. The groups initially started as the Shiranui kensetsu construction company, Shiraken for short, but in the manga, it's a short for Shiranai koto kenkyūkai that can be translated as The Research Society for Things We Don't Know.
From their start as a Minecraft construction company, they became a well know group within hololive who often collab together. Suisei even did a surprised appearance during the day 1 concert at the 4th fes to perform a song with the four other members who performed on that day. The group also released a first songs, なかま歌 where the members wear similar outfit as in the manga and later, scrap & build ! when announcing their first EP.

The manga started in November 2022 as a manga video (YouTube playlist) voiced by the members and published in rotation on their individual channels. In early 2024, it was serialized in the magazine Weekly Shōnen Champion. The second volume was published in Japanese on July 8 2024.

holoWitches is a multimedia project featuring Kanata, Miko, Luna, Marine, Shion and Chloe. The manga is set in a world where the members are streamers who also have magical girl powers.
The project was announces with a Promotional Video followed by a song and Music Video. The first volume of a voice drama was also released.

As part of the 5th anniversary celebration of hologra, different items were sold on the official shop, one of these item was a 32 pages book and 16 pages of it is a manga. The manga is an original story featuring Kanata, Nene, Mio, Matsuri, Pokora, Sora and Subaru. It is a manga version of hologra, so as expected, il does not make much sens.
The book is not exclusively a manga, it does include some fan made manga. While manga featuring hololive members have been printed as doujin by different circles or their original illustrator, this book is the only licensed by Cover and professionally printed.
The manga カブトクワガタ ~ゲーつくっ!! is published in the magazine Corocoro Comic and the publisher made a videogame for switch called Kabuto Kuwagata. The manga is a behind the scene of the creatin of the game.
Nene made her firs appearance in the 14th chapter of the manga and is in most chapters since as a side character. While she does not appear in the first published volume, she is features on the promo band with a mention "recommended by Momosuzu Nene of hololive".

The character designers for the hololive members, also called the mama and papa, are illustrators but some of them are also mangaka (other are also vtubers, singers or content creators, but that is a different story). While many of them had done illustration and character design for visual novels, some of them being later adapted into anime, here we are looking at the manga drawn by them.
The first manga drawn by Pochi is Mirai Shoujo Emomotion, completed in two volumes. Her first original work is the ongoing manga The Elder Sister-like One, that currently have 6 volumes both in Japanese and English. Reine, Ollie, Anya and Iofi made a small cameo appearance in page 2 of the chapter 36 of the manga.
