Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
The time spent on the Application
The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Pseudonymous player identifier (Google Play Games player ID), in-game display name, achievement data, leaderboard data, profile image/avatar (if enabled), approximate location (country or region inferred from IP address), advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID), app set ID, device information (such as device model, OS version), IP address (used transiently), ad interaction data (such as ad impressions and clicks), app usage data, crash and performance data. Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. To manage or delete your game profile, achievements, or leaderboard entries, you must use the settings within the Google Play Games app or your Google Account. As the Service Provider does not host this data, they cannot manually delete it on your behalf; it must be managed by the user through Google's provided tools. For instructions on how to do this, please visit the Google Play Help Center.
Data Retention & Deletion Policy
The Service Provider does not host or store user data on private servers. All data collection, such as gameplay progress, achievements, and ad-related identifiers, is managed by third-party providers (Google, AdMob, and Unity).
User-Initiated Deletion: Because play data is stored within your Google Account, the Service Provider cannot manually delete this information. To delete your play data, you must use the "Delete Play Games account & data" option within your Google Account settings. For instructions on how to do this, please visit the Google Play Help Center.
Service Provider Requests: If you contact the Service Provider regarding data deletion, they will provide guidance on how to use the third-party tools to remove your information, as they do not have direct access to Google’s internal user databases.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not personally collect or store any identifiable information. However, the Application utilizes third-party SDKs (such as Google Play Services, AdMob, and Unity) which may collect information used to identify users.
The Service Provider does not knowingly allow these third-party services to collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided personal information via Google Play Games Services, the Service Provider recommends following Google's instructions for deleting Play Games data and account information.
If you need further assistance or guidance on how to ensure this data is removed from third-party services used by the Application, please contact the Service Provider at jovejptr@gmail.com.
Security
The Service Provider is committed to protecting your information. Since the Application relies on third-party services (Google Play Services, AdMob, and Unity) for data processing and storage, your information is protected by the security infrastructure provided by these companies. The Service Provider does not maintain independent storage of your personal data and relies on these industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to ensure the confidentiality of your information.
