Mission Statement

Our vision as the Holland Middle School Counseling Department is to establish an all-encompassing department that produces quality work that greatly benefits students, staff, stakeholders, and the community. Our goal is to be change agents that are proactive, intuitive, informed, team-oriented, and well-rounded. Everything we do will be student-centered and data-driven. Using the needs of the students and campus to develop programs that will add to student success emotionally, socially, academically, and developmentally.
