All content inside the App, including detox programs, routines, articles, images, videos, and design elements, is owned by Holistic Detox or licensed to us.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce the App or its content without permission.
The App offers general detox, wellness, mindfulness, and lifestyle-related content for informational and educational purposes only.
The App does not provide medical, nutritional, therapeutic, or professional health advice.
None of the content should substitute consultation with a qualified doctor, nutritionist, psychologist, or other health professional.
If you have medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or are pregnant/nursing, consult a professional before following any detox or wellness routine.
Listen to your body and discontinue any activity that causes discomfort.
You use all routines, recommendations, and content at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any injury, health issue, or negative outcome related to the use of the App.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every user.
We are not liable for data loss, device issues, or damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
We may update these Terms when needed. Updated versions will be available in the App with a revised “Effective Date.”
